School Cleaning Supervisor
Augustine Heights and Collingwood Park, QLD
Ventia is seeking a reliable, and motivated School Cleaning Supervisor to support cleaning operations across two school sites within 10 minutes drive of each other.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong cleaning experience who are ready to step into a leadership position and build a long‑term career in facilities services.
Role Details
Salary package: $75K TFR
Work Locations:
• Augusta State School, Augustine Heights QLD
• WoodLinks State School, Collingwood Park QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
(with occasional early starts from 5:00 am and finishes up to 6:00 pm as required)
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily cleaning teams
Allocate tasks and oversee work quality
Maintain hygiene, safety and presentation standards
Train and mentor new and existing staff
Carry out site inspections and report any issues
Assist with hands‑on cleaning when required
Manage supplies, stock levels and equipment

What You Need
• Previous cleaning experience (commercial or school preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid Blue Card
• Recent National Police Check
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
