About the role:
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will lead a small, high-performing team responsible for delivering and continuously improving Unitywater’s revenue operations. From billing and payments through to forecasting, reconciliation, and customer data integrity, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer-focused revenue services across the organisation.
Partnering closely with teams across Treasury, Customer Experience, Technology, and Revenue Assurance, you will drive operational excellence through strategic revenue forecasting, tariff modelling, process improvement, and system enhancements. You will also monitor and analyse market trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviours to help shape and improve billing and payment services. This is an opportunity to influence how revenue services are delivered while improving efficiency, customer outcomes, and business performance.

You will bring:
- Significant experience in revenue, billing, or financial operations within a utility, government, or high-volume transactional environment
- Strong understanding of billing systems, tariff structures, and revenue processes
- Proven leadership experience developing and leading high-performing teams
- Experience in revenue forecasting, budgeting, modelling, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel or Power BI
- Experience managing risk, compliance, and revenue integrity controls
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing service providers and vendor relationships
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
