About the Opportunity
Ventia delivers the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia, supporting a large and diverse portfolio of over 5000 government-owned sites across multiple agencies, including critical infrastructure and remote communities within the APY Lands.
We are hiring an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role based in our Port Lincoln office. In this role, you will support service delivery across the GEH & APY Lands portfolio, playing a key part in coordinating maintenance activities, supporting contractor performance, and ensuring delivery aligns with client and contractual requirements across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule planned and reactive maintenance across the GEH & APY Lands portfolio.
- Monitor work orders and contractor performance to ensure KPI and SLA compliance.
- Act as a key point of coordination for scheduling issues, including triaging faults and resolving requests.
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients and internal teams to support service delivery outcomes.
- Track and report on KPI performance, identifying trends and supporting improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and systems to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in maintenance coordination, scheduling or facilities / asset management environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes.
- Experience using work order systems, scheduling tools and performance reporting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and systems.
