Role: Prison Cleaner
Location: Melbourne Assessment Prison, West Melbourne, VIC
Pay: From $32.31 per hour plus penalties and super
Start Date: ASAP
Roster: Monday to Sunday
Shifts: 7am–11am, 7am–3pm or 3pm–7pm
Availability: Flexible availability preferred across all days and either shift
Contract: Casual with opportunity to become permanent
What you will be doing
• Cleaning offices, common areas, workshops and bathrooms
• Vacuuming, mopping and maintaining floors
• Wiping down high-touch surfaces
• Supporting safe and hygienic spaces
• Completing bio-cleans when required

What you need
• National Police Check
• Comfortable with physical work throughout your shift
• Comfortable completing bio-clean tasks
• Willingness to complete a medical and drug and alcohol test
• Reliable, respectful and able to follow procedures
