Find your further with Ventia in this new Dual Trade Telepower Technician (Electrical, HVAC) position servicing the greater Toowoomba area.
This is a hands-on field-based role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across a wide regional footprint. You will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting telecommunications infrastructure, including power systems, generators, and HVAC equipment while ensuring reliability across the network.
You must have full working rights and be open to travel 1-2 weeks a month (working away from home Monday to Friday).

About the Role
- Perform routine and planned maintenance across the Telstra network infrastructure
- Attend to emergencies and reactive works
- Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, HVAC, solar and power systems
- Fault finding, maintenance and repairs
- Ensure all safety, compliance and statutory requirements are met
- Reporting as required
Required Skills and Experience
You are a motivated and self-driven technician who enjoys working autonomously and tackling diverse technical challenges. Ideally you will have experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Dual trade qualification (Electrical & HVAC)
- Current LVR CPR and First Aid
- Current drivers licence
- Construction white card
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Competent using digital tools and systems (Microsoft Suite, Maximo)
