About the Role
Ventia is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our South Australian Government Radio Network (SAGRN) contract. This permanent full-time role is based in ourRegency Park office.
SAGRN is a critical, statewide communications network that supports emergency services and essential government agencies across South Australia. From police and ambulance to fire and emergency response, this network plays a vital role in keeping communities safe and connected. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to maintaining and improving this essential infrastructure.
Working closely with the Project Manager, field teams and key stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities to support the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of telecommunications network works. You’ll play a key role in ensuring work is completed on time, meets KPI requirements, and aligns with client expectations.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate work schedules with field teams, project leads and stakeholders.
- Manage work orders, system updates and tracking. (e.g. NOVUS)
- Monitor delivery to ensure tasks are completed within KPI timeframes.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project progress and completed works.
- Raise and manage change requests with clients and internal teams.
- Support procurement, materials coordination and general project administration.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in coordination, administration or project support roles. (telecommunications/infrastructure desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly with data and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with work management systems (e.g. NOVUS) is highly regarded.
