As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide direction across project development, capital delivery, asset planning, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring outcomes align with operational and clinical priorities.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong commercial acumen, proven project and asset management expertise, and the ability to build and lead high performing teams within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, governance, and reporting activities.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior health executives, clinicians, contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee project performance across cost, schedule, risk, safety, quality, and asset outcomes.
- Ensure capital works programs are aligned with operational, clinical, and strategic healthcare objectives.
- Chair governance, project, and stakeholder meetings, driving informed decision making and accountability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering capital works, asset management, facilities management, or maintenance programs within healthcare or similarly complex environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare infrastructure, facilities operations, and asset lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of NSW Health policies, regulations, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A customer focused approach with a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery, understanding both the broader organisational objectives and clinical requirements.
- Proven people leadership experience, including developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong facilitation and meeting chairing capabilities.
