Joining a large team within Operations Services projects based across WA, you will assist our Project Leaders and Project Coordinators to manage capital and non- capital projects. Working in line with the objectives of stakeholders you will assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, to budget and within technical and quality standards. No two days are the same in this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow stepping up when required and building your project management skills in a supportive and processes driven environment.
This role is available to local residents of Karratha, Albany or Geraldton
What the role will involve
- Coordinate the administration of the delivery of Capital and Non-Capital projects within the Region
- Provide advice on how to effectively manage and deliver the administration support for the Region’s program of capital and non-capital projects
- Lead the regular review of the Regions program to ensure the program remains within budget constraints.
- Coordinate the prioritisation of urgent projects / works as necessary
- Assist with the preparation of project reports as required
Key skills and experience
You’ll have experience in providing project management administration services. Experience in Microsoft programs preferred and knowledge of Power Bi and SAP desired, but not essential. Exceptional stakeholder and time management skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and an outside the box approach to problem solving will ensure success in this role.
