This hybrid role is based in NSW, with time split between remote work and our North Sydney and Parramatta offices.

About the role:
As a Site Engineer, you’ll support the Project Engineer and broader team by managing work packages and ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, and budget expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling construction activities
- Managing BOQ/BOM and site documentation
- Coordinating traffic management and council approvals
- Overseeing defect closure and site restoration
- Supporting procurement and financial reconciliation
- Participating in safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learnt workshops
Are you our next Site Engineer?
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related
- Demonstrate experience in delivering end-to-end projects, from design through to construction completion
- Relevant experience in telecommunications or civil construction (Telco experience; Optus, Telstra, NBN N2P highly regarded)
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of cost management and financial principles relevant to project delivery
- Exposure to field operations and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Lookup functions, Pivot Tables, data queries, and analytical techniques for interpreting complex datasets), and MS Project
