Schools Cleaning Supervisor
$75,000 TFR | Full Time | Start date: ASAP
Location: Collingwood Park and Augustine Heights
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Some flexibility required for earlier starts and/or later finishes.

We're looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to support our school cleaning teams across Collingwood Park and Augustine Heights.
You'll be responsible for both sites, while working from one location each day. No bouncing between schools—just great leadership and quality service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting cleaning teams across two school sites
Making sure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
Conducting site inspections and quality audits
Completing reports and administrative tasks
Solving problems before they become problems
Building a positive team culture where everyone can do their best work
What You'll Bring
Experience supervising cleaning teams
Strong communication and reading skills
Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and reporting systems
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
Current Blue Card
