Ventia is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Administrator to join our team supporting the Defence Base Services Contract. About the role
As a Data Integrity Administrator, you'll support the accuracy and integrity of subcontractor and vendor data while ensuring compliance across key systems and processes. Additionally, you'll:
- Review onboarding documentation and validate subcontractor compliance requirements.
- Investigate data discrepancies and escalate issues where required.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding claims and system queries.
- Maintain accurate records including licences, certifications and supporting documentation.
- Support claim processing activities and data quality initiatives.
About you
- Australian Citizenship required and willingness to complete background checks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high volumes of data.
- Previous administration, customer service or operational support experience.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
