We're looking for an experienced Learning Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in building organisational capability and driving a high-performing culture.
As a Learning Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the business to identify capability needs and design impactful learning solutions that support strategic priorities.
This is a hands-on role where you'll consult, design, develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences, while also helping shape HCF's broader learning culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
Conduct learning needs analysis and develop targeted learning plans
Design and deliver engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programs
Create innovative learning content using modern instructional design principles
Develop eLearning solutions and manage learning resources within our LMS
Evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Partner with external vendors to source high-quality learning solutions
Coach and support Training Consultants across operational teams
Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of lifelong learning
You'll be a passionate learning professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve business challenges through capability development.
You'll bring:
Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Adult Education
Strong instructional design and facilitation capability
Experience designing and delivering virtual, face-to-face and blended learning solutions
Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning practices
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies
Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
