About the Role
Strong teams go further and as a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in keeping day to day operations running smoothly by coordinating travel, training compliance, purchasing, onboarding and administrative activities to support and assist with project activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport) for project team members
- Manage staff compliance records through internal systems and databases
- Order and maintain records of uniforms and PPE requirements
- Schedule and coordinate training bookings, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Raise purchase orders for overheads, subcontractors and project related requirements
- Maintain key registers including assets, tools, keys, credit cards, vehicles, travel and purchase orders
Required Skills and Experience
You enjoy being busy, are flexible and proactive with a can-do attitude and have previous administration experience or project support experience.
- Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite
- Being proactive with a can-do attitude
