About the Role
As a Rotating Equipment Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and reliability of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, gearboxes and associated mechanical assets. Your expertise will help maximise plant reliability, minimise downtime and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

About the Site
The Viva Energy Clyde Terminal has a long and proud history, originally operating as a refinery from 1928 before being transformed into a fuel import, storage and distribution terminal in 2012. The neighbouring Parramatta Terminal, operating since 1964, works alongside Clyde to support fuel distribution across metropolitan and regional New South Wales.
Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the terminals receive fuel via pipeline from Gore Bay Terminal. Products including diesel, gasoline and jet fuel are stored at Clyde before being distributed by road tanker or pipeline, including direct supply to Sydney's Kingsford Smith Airport. The Parramatta Terminal also houses a warehouse and bulk lubricant storage facility.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Australian recognised Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
- Demonstrated experience working on rotating equipment (essential)
- Recent experience as a Mechanical Fitter in an industrial environment
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- The ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship
