About the Role
As the Document Controller, you will provide essential support to our Capital Projects team through the management of engineering documentation, project records, and capital project administration. Acting as the site subject matter expert for document management processes, you'll work closely with project managers, engineering service providers, and project control teams to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency across the mining capital portfolio, the position is based at Pinjarra Hub office.

What you can bring to the role
Experience in document control, records management, project administration, or a similar technical support function.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience working with document management systems and electronic records.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience supporting capital projects, engineering, mining, construction, or industrial operations will be highly regarded.
Qualifications in Records Management, Information Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline are desirable.
