Senior Regional Planner
Defence Maintenance Contract | Robertson Barracks, Darwin
Ventia is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Planner to lead maintenance planning and trade repair operations at Robertson Barracks. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll lead a team of six and play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, prioritised and delivered efficiently across a major Defence site.
About the Role
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling across Robertson Barracks
- Manage a team of 2 Planners, 3 Trade Repair Officers and an Administrator
- Oversee external trade repair contractors and performance outcomes
- Drive work order management, prioritisation and continuous improvement
- Partner with Defence stakeholders and site leadership to support operational delivery
- Utilise CMMS systems and data to optimise maintenance performance and reporting
About You
You will bring:
- Experience leading maintenance planning, scheduling or technical teams
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programs
- Advanced Excel and CMMS capability (SAP highly desirable)
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience within Defence or Maintenance environments is highly regarded.
