What You’ll Be Doing
As a Seams person, you’ll work as part of a dedicated team, delivering services, including:
- Sewing and attaching rank and badges in line with Defence standards
- Completing basic alterations such as hemming.
- Using Ventia systems and computer terminals
- Ability to maintain and process Online Ordering System
- Complying with all workplace health & safety, security, and environmental requirements

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in sewing‑based roles, will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Sound time management and organisation skills
- Basic computer and data entry capability
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to meet Defence security requirements
- Australian Citizenship is required to obtain the necessary Defence security clearance.
