About the role
As a Delivery Project Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, engineering orders and operational work programs, ensuring customer commitments, service levels and delivery milestones are achieved. Additionally, you'll:
- Manage projects through planning, provisioning, installation, commissioning and closure
- Coordinate engineering teams, field resources, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes
- Monitor delivery performance, risks, issues and escalations across multiple workstreams
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations and quality standards
- Provide operational reporting, governance oversight and performance tracking
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
About you
- Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline
- Experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure projects or operational work programs
- Strong understanding of telecommunications delivery, provisioning, commissioning and service assurance activities
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contractors and technical teams
- Strong planning, reporting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within customer-facing environments and managing competing priorities
