About the Role
As our Systems & Data Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and operational excellence. You'll leverage analytics, automation, and emerging AI tools to streamline processes, uncover opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, exploring new technologies, and finding smarter ways of working through AI and advanced analytics.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and performance reports
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Utilise AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and business processes
Support the implementation and optimisation of business systems and digital solutions
Partner with operational teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
Design and enhance data models, workflows, and reporting frameworks
Ensure data quality, governance, and system integrity
Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for practical business application
About You

You'll ideally bring:
Experience in a Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Platform, or equivalent tools
Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or predictive analytics tools
Experience working with ERP, asset management, or operational systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A passion for innovation and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes
