What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering solutions focused support for billing enquiries, technical issues, with particular care for customers impacted by cost‑of‑living pressures.
- Building and strengthening your communication skills across phone and email, gaining confidence with every interaction.
- Joining a welcoming, upbeat workplace with free onsite parking.

Working Hours
- Full-time: 38 hours per week (5 days, 7.6 hours per day)
- Part-time: 25 hours per week (5 days, 5 hours per day)
- Hours are rostered between 7am and 7pm, so flexibility across these times is required
- If working part-time, you’ll need to be available for full-time hours during the initial 6-week training period
