Join Ventia’s Rig and Well Services team as a Project Administrator, where you’ll be the driving force behind smooth project delivery from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative precision with hands-on coordination, supporting complex projects across multiple sites including the Pilbara, west coast, Withcott workshop, and Barrow Island.
As the administrative backbone, you’ll manage documentation, reporting, and compliance to keep everything on track. At the same time, you’ll step into a coordination role, working closely with Project Managers to plan, organise, and monitor activities, bridging communication between engineering, procurement, and workshop teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (flexibility available). The role will be based in our withcott workshop.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise project documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and progress updates.
- Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely deliverables.
- Monitor project activities and escalate issues impacting schedule or cost.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Microsoft Project preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
