About the Role
Ventia is looking for a qualified Field Electrician to join our trades team. This is a dynamic FIFO role where you’ll be on site for two weeks. Maintaining and repairing electrical systems to keep operations safe and efficient. You’ll plan your work based on scheduled work orders and collaborate with the Electrical Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, and field crews to ensure everything runs smoothly.

About You
- Trade-qualified Electrician with experience in oil and gas, ideally on drilling or workover rigs
- Strong knowledge of PLC and control systems, plus related software (Not desirable)
- Post-trade electrical experience in heavy industrial environments
- Skilled at fault-finding and troubleshooting under pressure
- Point of hire: Perth, WA
- Competent in using computer systems for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Valid Open Manual Driver’s Licence (or higher)
- Hazardous Area’s: Certificate IV in Electrical Equipment in Hazardous areas (EEHA)
- Experience in Motors and Controls, VFD Drives and Power Generating System
