Based in North Sydney, this role plays a critical part in shaping enterprise-wide category strategies. You will lead sourcing and supplier management initiatives, collaborate closely with business partners, and oversee strategic relationships with key external suppliers.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide, multi-year category strategies aligned to business objectives, ESG commitments, and supply chain resilience.
- Design and lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and negotiations to optimise spend, mitigate risk, and deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
- Support Sector BU tenders and implementation activities to enable winning work and effective deployment of resources across projects and sites.
- Analyse spend and supplier data to generate insights, identify value-creation opportunities, and address underperforming contracts.
- Drive supplier development, innovation, and resilience through structured governance, escalation, and risk-sharing frameworks.
Could you be our next Category Manager?
- Proven experience in Procurement, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
- A relevant degree or industry qualification (MCIPS preferred) is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing category strategies.
- A passion for building relationships and ensuring value is delivered through to the P&L.
