About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Design, Land Access, and Construction teams to coordinate project deliverables and support day-to-day operations. Your focus will be on planning and communication to ensure smooth progress over a 1 to 3-month outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate material requisitions and returns
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Communicate timelines and updates to field teams
- Collaborate with contractors to support progress and performance
- Assist with financial tracking and design updates
- Review and manage open defects and contractor claims
About You
- Engineering qualification or similar
- Approximately 4 years’ experience on similar Telecommunications projects managing work packages from design through to completion
- Experience managing personnel and leading a team of direct reports
- Must be proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Index Matches etc)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
