About the role
Ventia, proudly partnering with the Australian Defence Force, is seeking an enthusiastic Cafe Attendant to join our team at the Fishermans Bend Defence site. In this role, you’ll craft fresh barista‑made coffee, prepare refreshing beverages, and serve quality food while upholding the highest standards of food safety. Your contribution will help create a warm, welcoming cafe experience for the Defence personnel who rely on our services every day.
About You
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service, with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for customers (Advantageous)
- Barista experience (Advantageous)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. (RSA) (Advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
- Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
