About the role
Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking multiple enthusiastic Food Service Attendants to deliver high-quality service, maintain strict food safety standards, providing high‑quality meal services to Defence personnel by ensuring dining facilities are clean, organised, and operating efficiently
The position includes:
- Serving Military Personnel during
- Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
- Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About you
- Prior experience in food & beverage services
- Hold HACCP Certification
- 1+ years’ experience in similar environment
- Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Be an Australian Citizen (for security clearance)
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
