Drive multi-channel corporate and partner marketing campaigns that grow members, strengthen retention and test new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will support the delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns across HCF Corporate & Partnerships, helping drive member growth through a mix of owned partner channels and paid media.
You will manage and execute ongoing multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring activity is aligned to business objectives and delivers measurable impact. You’ll play a key role in bringing HCF and RT campaigns to life across the corporate and partnership ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
The role provides BAU support across corporate and partner collateral, maintaining the core corporate collateral suite and ensuring all partner‑facing materials are delivered on time. You’ll also contribute to retention‑focused initiatives, including the development of Health & Wellbeing content, supporting ongoing engagement with corporate members.
You’re a proactive, self‑starting marketer who enjoys turning strategy into action and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once and balancing BAU delivery with continuous improvement and innovation.
You bring:
- Experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including running WIPs and coordinating approvals
- The ability to align marketing activity to business and growth objectives
- Experience managing timelines, budgets and multiple deliverables
- A detail‑oriented approach to campaign and collateral execution
- A curiosity for testing new ideas, channels and messaging to improve performance
