An exciting opportunity supporting the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support the Special Forces Training Facilities (SFTF) team in Campbell Barracks in Swanbourne. This team is known for their great culture and you’ll be responsible for preparation of project setup documents, project accounting and project documentation.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Monitor and report on Project finance systems
- Raising work orders, purchase orders and similar positio
- Attend meetings, note taking and general record keeping
- Project costings
- Research information requirements on designated projects
- Verify compliance with specific regulations
About you:
- 3 years’ experience in project administration support, or similar
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Essential)
- Strong communication and professional email etiquette
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in document handling
- Experience using SAP / is highly desired
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
