Key Accountabilities
Procurement & Purchase Order Administration (50%)
- Raise and manage purchase requests within Ariba.
- Create and maintain purchase orders.
- Perform goods receipting and support invoice processing.
- Monitor and clear GRIR balances in a timely manner.
- Manage high volumes of transactions with strong financial controls.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies.
Month-End & Financial Systems Support (50%)
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries in SAP.
- Support BPC reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Assist with project cost validation.
- Generate and distribute Digital Timesheet reports.
- Identify and resolve system and data integrity issues proactively.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- CA/CPA qualification (or currently working towards) is desirable.
- Proven experience in high-volume purchase order administration and procurement processes.
- Strong experience with SAP (including Ariba) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to BPC reporting is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
- High attention to detail with strong financial control discipline.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
