Loader Operator – Drilling Rigs (Rig 101 & Rig 106)
We are currently seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our drilling operations on Rig 101 and Rig 106.
Ideally, you will be operating at Lead Floorhand level, however we are also open to considering candidates from a mineral drilling background who are confident and competent operating loaders in a busy operational environment
About the Role
- Operating loaders to support drilling operations on site
- Working closely with the driller and crew to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Assisting with rig moves, pad preparation and general rig support
- Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Lead Floorhand experience (preferred) on drilling rigs
- OR minerals drilling background with proven loader experience
- High confidence operating loaders around active rigs and crews
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a team environment
