Experienced Field Supervisor to join our Critical Infrastructure East Team (telco) in Qld. The role is ideal for a driven leader with strong field-based supervision experience who is passionate about safety, quality delivery and team development.

About the Role
The role provides operational supervision and leadership across projects, programs or portfolios of work delivered to key clients. You will play a hands-on role in the field managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day field supervision, leadership and direction to construction teams
- Ensure compliance to safety, quality and contractual requirements
- Assist the construction manager with business plans, budgets, forecasts and reporting
- Plan and allocate resources for project delivery
- Manage and coordinate internal and external service providers
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Oversee full lifecycle of works, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to specification
- Participate in prestart meetings. Reviews and stakeholder forums
Required Skills and Experience
You are a confident, decisive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You enjoy being hands-on in the field and thrive in complex, fast paced environments. You bring a strong safety mindset and ability to manage multiple work fronts
- Current licence or certification in an appropriate discipline
- Strong knowledge of DC and AC systems within a Telstra environment
- Proven experience in the field
- Strong planning, resourcing and stakeholder management experience
- Self-driven and ability to work autonomously taking ownership and accountability for your role
