Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Schedulerto join the team.
The Traffic Management Scheduler coordinates traffic management resources to support safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and works activities across the road network. The role balances competing priorities in a live operational environment.
You will work closely with planners and operations teams to ensure traffic impacts are managed effectively.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Wendouree office.
Role responsibilities:
- Schedule traffic management resources for planned and reactive works
- Coordinate traffic management requirements with operations and planning teams
- Maintain traffic management schedules, records and supporting documentation
- Support compliance with traffic management standards and site requirements
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Experience scheduling resources within construction, maintenance or infrastructure environments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a live operational environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
