Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team.
The Construction Superintendent oversees on‑site delivery of planned maintenance and construction works, providing day‑to‑day leadership across active work sites. The role ensures site activities are coordinated, safe and progressing in line with agreed programs.
Operating in a live road environment, this role is critical to maintaining safety standards, productivity and quality during construction activities.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Wendouree office.
Role responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities and works delivery
- Support and monitor safety leadership on site
- Coordinate supervisors, crews, plant and materials
- Monitor progress and resolve site-based issues
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Experience supervising road or civil construction works
- Strong on-site leadership capability
- White Card and current driver’s licence
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field
- White Card and driver’s licence
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
