About the Role:
Reporting to our General Manager - Digital Workplace, The EUC & Digital Workplace Lead will be the face of Digital Services at our sites. A customer focused role that ensures a fantastic user experience for our staff when interacting with our technology hardware and applications.
The role engages with a wide range of stakeholders including the executive leadership team to deliver EUC & Digital Workplace solutions that enhance employee engagement and increase productivity.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed term opportunity and will be located at our Cremorne, Victorian office with close access to public transport.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a simplified customer centric experience at the onsite Tech Bar for staff with 1st and 2nd level technology issues.
- Deliver endpoint management enhancements and ensure CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
- Provide AV concierge support for onsite meeting rooms, digital signage and video conferencing. Escalate to partners and manage resolution of AV incidents.
- Continuously drive service improvement for EUC & Digital Workplace.
- Assist in asset management of hardware, ensuring adequate stock controls are in place.
- Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes. Improving employee engagement and ensuring compliance for security and DLP.
Key Experiences & Skill:
- Knowledge and experience in understanding End User Compute solutions maintain high Standards, enhance Security & Risk posture.
- Sound knowledge of End User Compute, SOE, Intune, MS Defender, AV, Video Conferencing, Microsoft O365 and Mobility.
- Proven ability to drive and deliver digital transformation to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem solve and continuously learn new technologies.
- Customer focused mindset and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through.
