The role operates as second in charge, overseeing daily operations and ensuring delivery of the 12-month learning pipeline, including coordination across Australia and New Zealand. You will act as the primary point of contact and decision maker for learning work which includes disciplined delivery, determining what proceeds and when, managing escalations and delivery of reliable high-quality outcomes for enterprise.

About the Role
Own the end-to-end learning operations system across AU/NZ for accredited and non-accredited learning, working with stakeholders to shape learning demand, set expectations and align delivery, determining what work proceeds, is sequenced, reshaped or declined based on priority, funding and capacity. You will ensure only prioritised, aligned work proceeds into delivery, with clear trade-offs between demand, capacity and enterprise priorities.
You will establish operational rhythms to support predictable delivery outcomes and run the learning operations system, including demand flow, delivery governance and escalation, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery.
As the Manager you will lead and develop the learning operations team and build capacity in prioritisation, judgement and stakeholder management while fostering a collaborative, supportive and resilient team environment.
Responsibilities also include providing operational insights, risks and recommendations to the GM and partnering with quality leads to support compliance, audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience
You must have experience running a training organisation (RTO and/or TEO experience is highly desired) and be able to demonstrate experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments delivering accredited and non-accredited training. It is critical that you have experience in translating strategy into tactical delivery plans. Proven experience managing competing demand and making prioritisation and trade off decisions in complex environments.
- Strong judgment and decision making in prioritisation, sequencing and escalation
- Ability to prioritise and sequence competing demands
- Solid communication skills and analytical capability to interpret performance and delivery outcomes
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, WiseNet and SuccessFactors
