Ventia are hiring Project Officers (Delivery) to support the delivery of large‑scale projects across design, provisioning, field services and assurance activities.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring project readiness, accurate system management and smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in national network delivery.
This is an on-site role Monday-Friday based in our state of the art Parramatta office, and cannot be offered to work from home/remote.

As a Project Officer (Delivery), you will support the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of project delivery activities, ensuring tasks are correctly sequenced, systems are accurately maintained and field teams are ready to execute works. You will act as a key link between planners, designers, field teams, logistics and customer stakeholders, helping ensure projects progress smoothly and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate project tasks, workflows and dependencies across delivery and assurance
Maintain forward planning visibility, tracking readiness and escalating risks or delays
Ensure accurate system updates, documentation and reporting
Coordinate site access, appointments, inductions and stakeholder communication
Manage materials coordination, logistics and equipment tracking
Support delivery teams with reporting, rollout planning and continuous improvement
Experience supporting project delivery or coordination within a telecommunications or delivery‑focused environment
Familiarity with operational delivery or workflow systems (e.g. Helix, Novus, QTrac or similar)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and dependencies
High attention to detail with proven capability maintaining accurate systems, documentation and reporting
Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills across technical, field and customer teams
