About the role
As a Principal Delivery Lead (Telecommunications), you will provide technical leadership and end-to-end delivery oversight across a critical telecommunications network domain, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both customers and the business.
Additionally, you'll:
- Act as the key interface between customers, engineering teams, project stakeholders and field resources
- Lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of telecommunications delivery programs
- Drive service performance, governance, quality and customer satisfaction outcomes
- Manage risks, issues, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards and operational procedures
- Support technical reviews, delivery optimisation and operational excellence activities across your domain
About you
- Minimum 10 years' experience within telecommunications engineering, delivery or network operations environments
- Strong understanding of optical and microwave transport networks, Carrier Ethernet, SDH, and related transmission technologies
- Demonstrated experience leading complex customer-facing telecommunications projects or programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline are highly regarded
- Candidates must currently reside in the Sydney metropolitan area or be willing to relocate to Sydney, NSW
