The Role
Ventia are currently seeking to engage several Driller Offsiders to join our Rig & Wells team. Reporting to the Driller and Rig Manager, these roles will see you based in the field supporting our Drilling team with various tasks and duties associated within our minerals sector across the Pilbara and regional WA. Additionally, you will monitor drilling progress, handle equipment, and communicate with the team to maintain efficient operations.
These are casual ongoing positions on a 2:2 rosters with flights & accommodation provided
The payrate for this role is $493.56 per day (including casual loading and is a flat rate).

Key duties, but not limited to:
- Operating HR trucks, telehandlers, & backhoes in a safe & efficient manner
- Assisting with daily drilling operations as directed
- Supporting H2O & fuel runs to ensure smooth operational flow
- Assisting with the packing, moving, & setup of rig packages & associated equipment
Requirements:
- Unrestricted HR Driver’s Licence
- Must be clean shaven to wear dust masks
- Physically fit & tolerant of harsh & challenging weather conditions
- Previous labouring experience & high focus on safety
- High Risk Work License – Highly regarded
- Experience with hot works (welding, grinding etc) – Highly regarded
