You will coordinate end to end training initiatives, manage key systems and data, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure impactful learning experiences aligned with our strategic objectives.

About the Role
Learning & Engagement
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programs
- Support the development and execution of the annual training schedule
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Ventia Academy, People & Culture, Safety teams) to address learning needs
- Collect, analyse and report on training data, feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate training information across systems and internal platforms
- Develop engaging communications and promotional materials (newsletters, presentations, campaigns)
Program & Operational Excellence
- Manage training administration processes including enrolments, scheduling and reporting
- Process purchase orders and invoices in line with organisational procedures
- Ensure compliance with ASQA, NZQA and internal training standards and maintain integrity of LMS and Student Management System (SMS) data
Required Skills and Experience
You will have relevant qualifications in business admin, training or equivalent and sound experience in training coordination, administration or learning and development environments and good knowledge of LMS and SMS.
- Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems
- Understanding of modern learning and organisational development practices
- Experience with quality processes and compliance frameworks
- Power BI or data analytics experience (highly regarded)
