About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Advisor – Organisational Change Management to support delivery of major transformation initiatives across Water Corporation.
Reporting to the Manager – Organisational Change Management , this role will partner with business leaders, project teams and stakeholders to plan, coordinate and embed change across key strategic programs. You’ll help ensure people are ready, supported and equipped to adopt change successfully, while maintaining an enterprise-wide view of change impacts, priorities and readiness.

What the role will involve:
- Develop and deliver change management plans, impact assessments and readiness activities
- Analyse stakeholder impacts and support sequencing and prioritisation of change initiatives
- Maintain an integrated portfolio view of change across strategic programs
- Provide insights on readiness, adoption, risks and organisational capacity constraints
- Support and improve enterprise change frameworks, tools and methodologies
- Deliver change capability uplift through training, coaching and workshops
- Partner with project teams and internal communications to align engagement activities
- Prepare reports and metrics on change progress, outcomes and effectiveness
Key skills and experience:
- Degree qualification in Change Management or related discipline
- Strong experience supporting large-scale organisational change initiatives
- Demonstrated experience applying change methodologies, tools and frameworks
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement and capability building
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organisational levels
