ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in our Toowoomba office, the Inventory Officer is a key member of our Inventory Team, supporting Ventia's Rig & Well Services operation.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for managing inventory across multiple sites and warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and providing reporting to support operational decision-making. Working closely with warehouse and operational stakeholders, you'll play an important role in ensuring inventory is available when and where it's needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory across multiple sites and warehouses.
- Process warehouse transactions and stock transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Analyse and interpret inventory data and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Rig & Well Services Inventory Management Plan.
- Analyse and process stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.

ABOUT YOU
We encourage applications from candidates with experience in Inventory, Warehousing, Data Analytics, Procurement, Parts Interpreting or Retail.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
- The ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Previous experience in Procurement, Parts Interpreting or Retail will be advantageous
