About the Role
Floorhands are an integral part of our rig crews, supporting safe and efficient operations in a rostered, remote work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily rig operations.
- Handling drilling equipment, materials and tools safely.
- Supporting rig moves, maintenance and operational activities.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite.
- Following company procedures and safety requirements.
- Working outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
- Supporting the wider crew to achieve operational objectives.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
- The ability to work in a remote location on an even time roster.
- Previous labouring, construction, agriculture, trade assistant or similar experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Manual Driver's Licence
- Point of Hire: Perth
