About the role
As the Area Manager, you'll oversee the safe and successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT, ensuring quality outcomes, strong stakeholder engagement and commercial performance. Additionally, you'll:
- Lead the delivery of multiple telecommunications construction projects and programs
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, KPIs and overall project performance
- Coordinate site activities, audits, inspections and quality assurance processes
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, contractual and quality requirements
- Monitor project progress, reporting, logistics and delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle
About you
- Proven experience leading telecommunications, electrical infrastructure (telepower, UPS & BESS highly regarded) or critical infrastructure projects
- Electrical Licence and current driver's licence
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience managing project risks, compliance and delivery outcomes
- Ability to travel occasionally throughout regional NSW to support project activities
- White Card, with project management qualifications highly regarded
