About the job
The Marketing Manager, Private Health Insurance (PHI) is responsible for leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive product consideration, acquisition and growth for HCF’s PHI portfolio.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will work closely with Brand, Media, Digital and Product teams to shape go‑to‑market strategy, influence investment decisions and deliver high‑quality execution across paid and owned channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing PHI marketing strategies and communication plans aligned to business and brand objectives
- Leading end‑to‑end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including agency and budget management
- Partnering with Media and Brand teams to optimise channel investment, creative performance and campaign effectiveness
- Working with Product teams on propositions, offers and go‑to‑market plans that maximise commercial outcomes
- Using data, testing and customer insight to improve consideration, conversion and overall marketing effectiveness
- Bringing cross‑functional teams together to align on priorities and deliver campaigns on time and in line with compliance requirements
About you
You’re a commercially minded marketer with strong experience delivering integrated campaigns in complex environments. You’re comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams, balancing priorities and turning strategy into action.
You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, integrated campaigns and agency management
- Strong stakeholder influence across Brand, Media, Digital and Product teams
- A results‑driven mindset with solid commercial and analytical skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting capability
- Experience working in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, Telco or similar)
