About the job
We’re looking for a marketing professional to lead strategies for HCF’s Corporate & Partnerships portfolio. You’ll manage multi‑channel campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and sales, while building strong relationships with internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver co‑branded campaigns, oversee referrer marketing communications, and ensure compliance and brand integrity. You’ll monitor performance, manage budgets, and optimise initiatives to align with business objectives all while keeping projects on time and on point.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, advertising/marketing or related field.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights and implement improvements.
- High attention to detail, creative problem‑solving and strong project management capability.
- Experience managing digital channels including web, content, SEO/SEM, social and paid media.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting expertise.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
