The Senior Manager Sustainability will lead the implementation of AASB sustainability reporting standards, verify data and measures, audit processes and documentation, along with evolving sustainability strategy to deliver and sustainability outcomes for our members, people, communities, providers and suppliers, environment.

What you will lead
- Evolve HCF’s sustainability strategy, frameworks and long‑term plan
- Integrate sustainability into our 2030 Strategy and enterprise risk approach
- Provide technical expertise on emerging sustainability trends, standards and regulation
- Strengthen governance, data management and sustainability performance Partner with leaders across Strategy, Risk, Property, Procurement and the CFO Group
- Manage data, KPIs and dashboards to track our Net Zero progress
- Analyse Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and provide insights/forecasts
- Drive operational sustainability initiatives across energy, waste and water Maintain high‑quality reporting, controls and assurance processes
- Lead AASB sustainability standards implementation
- Manage materiality assessments and support ISSB, TNFD, GRI readiness
- Prepare Board Committee reports and sustainability updates
- Lead HCF’s annual sustainability reporting process end‑to‑end
- Represent HCF at industry events and regulatory engagements
What you will bring
- Deep sustainability and climate-related reporting expertise
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing complex data
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity
- Experience with AASB/ISSB standards, GRI, TNFD or similar frameworks
