Join HCF’s People & Culture team as a critical contributor to shaping performance and reward strategies. Reporting to the Remuneration, Performance & Benefits Manager, you’ll deliver initiatives that ensure our people are recognised and rewarded competitively.
About the Job
As a Remuneration & Performance Analyst, you’ll:
- Develop and implement performance and reward frameworks.
- Source, analyse and model remuneration data to provide insights.
- Maintain job architecture and manage internal databases.
- Coordinate remuneration reviews, incentive programs, and survey participation.
- Support performance review cycles, training, and Workday updates.
- Deliver WGEA submissions and provide actionable insights.
- Build success metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with an agile P&C team and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

About You
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data and influencing outcomes. You bring:
- Experience in remuneration, performance, or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret market data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience highly regarded).
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CPS 511) and compliance requirements. (Desirable)
