About the Role
As our Business Unit Coordinator, you’ll provide critical high level and confidential support to our Head of Maintenance and Reliability and leadership team based in our Leederville office. You will work closely with the Lead Team providing support across a wide range of business administration services such as diary management, travel management, event coordination, and preparation of executive and board papers.
No two days in this role are the same, you’ll proactively manage email and calendar requests, resolve scheduling conflicts in advance and build space for priority tasks and critical engagements. Providing high-quality service to internal and external customers while building strong collaborative relationships across the business.

Key Skills and Experience
You’ll have substantial administrative experience in a similar role including in Training coordination (preferred but not essential), along with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. You’ll be able to work autonomously with minimal direction with high attention to detail, time management and a can-do attitude will ensure success in this role.
