About the role
As an Analyst – ERP HR, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of system changes and application support services that directly impact the Corporation’s critical ERP HR technologies. This role is central to maintaining high-quality, stable systems that support critical frontline teams and corporate management.
You will be part of a collaborative team within the IT Group, working closely with business users, service providers, and governance forums to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs and drive continuous improvement.
What the role will involve
Business Analysis & Delivery Coordination
- Analyse business problems and gather requirements for approved application changes
- Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions are well-designed and implemented
- Coordinate delivery planning and manage risks associated with software releases
- Liaise with service providers to ensure optimal design and outcomes
Application Support
- Ensure systems are available and functioning effectively for customer use
- Investigate incidents and manage problem resolution
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the transition of new services into the ERP portfolio
- Work schedule creation and management
- Assist with application lifecycle management and security role development
Process & Business Management
- Coordinate delivery processes in line with standards and quality frameworks
- Contribute to process improvement and manage change/release activities
- Provide subject matter expertise to projects and stakeholder initiatives
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous development within the team
Knowledge Management & Compliance
- Develop and document learning programs for assigned applications
- Support local user expert networks
- Ensure compliance with legislation, corporate policies, and ethical standards
Key skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Degree in IT-related field or significant relevant experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- ITIL 4 Foundation (BA Foundation certified is desirable)
- Skilled in incident/problem management, change & release processes
- Experienced with cloud-based systems and working in the AWS environment (certification preferred)
- Skilled at working with SAFe Agile delivery
- Experience with low code/no code system support and development
- Experience with HR System Peopleview, specifically work schedule creation and management
- Proficient in requirements gathering, design review, and testing
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team contributor
