About the role
We are seeking a Planner – HV Maintenance to join our Operational Services team based at Canning Vale Depot. Reporting to the Team Leader – High Voltage Maintenance, this role is responsible for planning and managing a four-year High Voltage maintenance program while ensuring compliance with legislative and safety requirements. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Safety teams, leading safe job planning and delivering high-quality work packs to support field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure supporting the people of Western Australia.

What you can expect with this role
• Plan and integrate the four-year High Voltage maintenance program into scheduling activities
• Develop and manage safe job work packs, ensuring safety is prioritised in all activities
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Safety teams to support budgeting, planning and delivery outcomes
• Contribute to asset investment planning, including developing improvement and maintenance strategies
• Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and continuous improvement recommendations
• Support audits, stakeholder engagement and safety initiatives across the HV maintenance function
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical trade certificate
• Strong experience in planning or delivering asset investment or maintenance programs
• Demonstrated experience using SAP and strong proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and manage competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Good analytical, organisational and planning capability
