About the Role
Our Ventia Operations Centre are seeking the support of a Business Improvement and Performance Specialist. This is a Permanent Full-Time position available for an experienced, or someone looking to advance their career in this area.
The Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) work closely with a diverse range of customers who are active participants of several front-line public services and sectors across Australia & New Zealand.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate training and development programs from needs analysis, content planning, design and development, instructional design and stakeholder engagement through to deployment, continuous improvement and effectiveness analysis
- Facilitation of training programs – face to face, online and elearning module development as well as schedule contributions
- Quality Assurance – regular reviews of the effectiveness training, processes and overall team members quality through evaluations and assessing performance outcomes.
- Facilitation of call collaboration sessions with operational stakeholders
- Governance of this process on a monthly basis
- Recommendation and deployment of continuous improvement solutions for business process improvements across a variety of contracts and systems
- Pricing new work and contributing to winning work for the Ventia Operations Centre
- Development of engaging powerpoint presentations for strategic outcomes and project delivery discussions
About You
To be successful in your application you will have experience in a similar role with exceptional interpersonal skills and a high drive for continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also possess:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with customers and team members
- Proficient with the MS Office Suite
- Qualifications in training and development or simar (Ideal)
- Experience working with LMS systems
